Founded in 2017, Lokalise is a cloud-based translation management system that helps businesses streamline their localization processes. It provides a platform for managing translations of software, websites, mobile apps, and other digital content. Location

While our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you must reside and have the legal right to work in one of the following countries: the United Kingdom, Latvia, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Portugal, or Ireland.


About

We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Partnership Manager who can recruit new solutions and technology partners and drive revenue from our existing partner ecosystem. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where Partnerships is truly at the center of the commercial strategy. With big plans for 2025, we are looking to grow our customer-centric partner ecosystem to provide more value for our customers and drive more partner-sourced revenue for the business.


You Will 

  • Identify and recruit new strategic partners in the US and EMEA to drive revenue growth for Lokalise
  • Generate partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue
  • Enable and activate existing partners through training, planning and joint selling activities
  • Work hand-in-hand with Lokalise’s wider Sales and Customer Success organizations to support pipeline generation and open deals with partners
  • Map key decision makers and influencers at each partner and find areas for the highest impact on new business to both parties
  • Establish ongoing alignment with partners through regular, recurring conversations to discuss opportunities with partner and sales teams, customer success/account management teams, and marketing teams at each partner

 


You Must Have

  • At least 5+ Sales, Partnerships, and/or Strategic Alliances experience with a consistent track record of quota overachievement at another SaaS company
  • Demonstrated success working with strategic partners to build pipeline, execute joint go-to-market plans, and exceed quota
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders including C-Suite
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with an adaptable and flexible approach
  • Experience of working with solution and agency partners

 

It’s a Plus If You Have 

  • Experience of working with Developers, Product Managers or Localization teams
  • Experience in the localization industry 
  • Experience in the US market 
  • Experience of Cloud Marketplaces such as AWS
