Profile Overview

picdrop is built for photographers, by photographers. We are growing quickly, and have ambitious goals to accelerate that growth further internationally. As our Partnership Manager, your focus will be on expanding our relationships within the world of photography, finding ways to get traction in new markets, and contributing significantly to our growth.
The role offers challenges that will keep your brain and creativity bustling, a chance to get in touch with the big names in photography, and a great team where people learn from each other.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Successful onboarding and integration into our team
  • Establishing a structured, scalable way to find and approach new partnerships and collaborations. Your first partnerships are in place and add to picdrop’s growth.
  • Familiarizing yourself with our marketing strategy and finding your place in all our planned activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive Picdrop's partnership efforts by implementing a strategic approach, scouting and reaching out to potential partners, collaborators, and influencers.
  • Build communities through partnerships and other channels, including social media.
  • Discover new ways and strategies to broaden picdrop’s brand awareness and user base, and contribute to our growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of partnerships and collaborations.
  • (Co-)create our social media strategy and content primarily for Instagram, YouTube, Threads.

What You bring to the table

  • At least 4 years of experience as an Influencer Marketer, Partnership Manager, or in a similar role
  • You are an outstanding communicator who enjoys engaging with others, networking, and building relationships
  • Experience building and managing partnerships and communities
  • Familiarity with social media is a significant plus
  • You know a thing or two about other marketing channels and also about photography
  • You’re fluent in English and you can speak German
