  • Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and ambassador for the business.

  • Lead business performance, ensuring delivery against financial, operational, and client service objectives.

  • Identify and secure growth opportunities through business development, cross-selling, and collaboration with colleagues across service lines and geographies.

  • Provide strategic leadership on complex real estate matters, using market insight and commercial judgement to support decision-making.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing service delivery, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.

  • Champion organisational values, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence across the business.

Key Experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in commercial property management across the full real estate lifecycle, including development, mobilisation, fit-out, and operational management.

  • Proven expertise managing complex mixed-use developments and large-scale office assets.

  • Strong track record of delivering value-add initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience leading client relationships at a senior level and delivering exceptional service in a professional services environment.

  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue, improving profitability, and achieving strategic business objectives.

  • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams through periods of change and growth.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals.

Education & Qualifications
  • Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience in Real Estate, Property, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.

  • Demonstrable commitment to ongoing professional development and industry best practice.

  • Extensive knowledge of the UK commercial property market and property management sector.

This is an outstanding opportunity to take on a highly visible leadership position within one of the world's leading commercial real estate services firms.
