The role / impact

As a Partner Success Manager, you will focus on enabling sustainable growth, retention, and development for some of Xero’s most valued accounting and bookkeeping partners. Your work ensures these partners are getting the most out of our solution portfolio, helping them identify the right subscriptions for their clients and uncovering opportunities to increase their revenue through digital strategy.

You will play a vital part in protecting the health of our partner network by mitigating risks and strengthening the value proposition of our products. By providing best practice recommendations and driving the adoption of new features, you directly contribute to the long-term success and efficiency of small businesses and the practices that support them.

The team / how they connect

You will join a focused group of relationship experts who work closely with our Partner Consulting and Partner Services teams to deliver comprehensive support to our users. Together, you manage allocated territories to ensure every partner has a clear path to success and a deep connection to the Xero community.

Initially, you will focus on

  • Managing and growing relationships within a portfolio of large and mid-tier accounting and bookkeeping partners.

  • Driving key performance metrics including revenue, net new CMR, and meeting monthly activity targets.

  • Utilising Salesforce CRM to track engagements, manage opportunities, and maintain a clear view of your territory’s health.

  • Educating partners through webinars and events to ensure they remain certified and proficient in the latest Xero tools.

Where and how you can work

At Xero, we embrace a hybrid working model that balances the flexibility of working from home with the value of in-person connection. You will have access to our modern office spaces and participate in boost days designed to foster collaboration and team culture. As this role involves managing a specific territory, some travel will be required to meet with your partners face-to-face.

Here are some of the things we are looking for

  • You bring a results-driven approach with a background in SaaS or the accounting industry.

  • A natural ability to build quick rapport and foster deep, long-term professional relationships is something you pride yourself on.

  • Your experience managing accounts in a fast-paced technology environment helps you thrive when navigating complex workflows.

  • You possess a strong understanding of how accounting practices operate and can translate technical features into business value.

  • Working autonomously comes easily to you, allowing you to take full ownership of your territory and digital strategy.

  • Communicating with influence is a core strength, whether you are presenting to stakeholders or coaching partners on best practices.

Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
