The team & how they connectYou will join the Ecosystem Governance team, a collaborative group dedicated to supporting a global network of developers. The team thrives on shared technical expertise and a commitment to helping others, working closely to delegate and resolve priority issues promptly.
The team is currently working onSupporting developers with web-based technologies and API integrations.
Responding to technical support tickets and conducting live troubleshooting sessions with third-party developers.
Contributing to the creation of high-quality developer materials including documentation, videos, and tools.
Escalating product feedback and required improvements to the Tickstar engineering team to drive continuous product growth.
