We use data to help partners understand their customers’ real time needs and tech to offer tailor-made funding and financial products. Empowering small businesses to grow and keep their independent spirit alive is central to our vision.

The team 


The Partner Solutions team sits under the umbrella of Go-To-Market & Strategic Partnerships, alongside the Strategic Partnerships and the Partner Operations teams. Our overall mission is to supercharge our growth and ensure lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our partners. This means we don’t only set out to delight our merchants with a fast and seamless funding experience but also our partners with a smooth onboarding and ongoing product innovation rolled out to their platforms. 

 

The role  


The Partner Solutions Manager will be responsible for driving healthy and thriving relationships between Liberis and its partners to optimise outcomes for both parties.  

Through focuses on the needs and motivations of our partners, ensuring we are always well-equipped to design and deliver our products around these needs, the Partner Solutions Manager will excel by finding and creating win-win solutions, where the roadmaps of Liberis and our partners are entirely complementary. 

With an ambitious Liberis product roadmap that seeks to build the market-leading partner offering in revenue-based finance in 2025, you will lead the line in getting our product innovations delivered into our partnerships.  

The embedded business finance space is growing rapidly, and Liberis' new partner pipeline is full of a diverse range of partners, you will identify solutions for Liberis to work with these diverse partner types and lead their onboarding. 

 

What you’ll be doing 


  • Onboarding & Integration: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth integration by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. As the point-person internally and externally, you will maintain a source of truth of the status of key workstreams. Provide guidance and support throughout the integration lifecycle. 
  • Product Innovation Delivery: Work closely with the product team to design new product features to the mutual benefit of Liberis, our partners, and our merchants. Lead the adoption of new solutions, ensuring they meet partner requirements and drive maximum value for both parties. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise between internal teams and external partners to ensure effective collaboration. Present product solutions, updates, and roadmaps to partners, and gather feedback to inform product development. 

 

What we think you’ll need 


  • Proven experience in partner management, solution delivery, or customer success, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector. 
  • Strong understanding of embedded finance, revenue-based finance, or related financial products. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. 
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, with a track record of designing and delivering solutions that meet partner needs. 
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex technical integrations and managing cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with our partners. 
  • Demonstrable experience in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within a partner ecosystem.
