Cribl does differently.

What does that mean? It means we are a serious company that doesn’t take itself too seriously; and we’re looking for people who love to get stuff done, and laugh a bit along the way. We’re growing rapidly - looking for collaborative, curious, and motivated team members who are passionate about putting customers first. As a remote-first company we believe in empowering our employees to do their best work, wherever they are.

As the data engine for IT and Security many of the biggest names in the most demanding industries trust Cribl to solve their most pressing data needs. Ready to do the best work of your career? Join the herd and unlock your opportunity.

Why You'll Love This Role

As the Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the technical face of Cribl for our strategic partners across your assigned region, enabling partner presales and consultants to run high‑quality discoveries, PoVs, and deployments themselves. You will also have the opportunity to own and run pre-sales engagements within the commercial territory.

You’ll own partner‑facing enablement programs and ongoing technical communities. You’ll collaborate closely with Cribl sales, partner managers, and distributors to build repeatable patterns that our partners can take to market at scale.

You will help partners and customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process, provide demonstrations and be the technical authority throughout the engagement to ensure the business benefits Cribl provides are understood.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Train and coach Partners value pillars, use cases and business cases
  • Provide architecture expertise
  • Drive adoption of Cribl University tracks, NFR environments and online resources
  • Drive deal confidence, velocity, and account activities by aligning Cribl and partner sales activities
  • Increase partner co-sell contribution
  • Monitor and maintain partner status and contribution

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • Experience working with Channel Partners - experience of partner engagement, enablement and training.
  • 3+yrs in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Consulting, working with cloud and SaaS based technology.
  • Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and/or Security, ideally in observability, SIEM, or data platform contexts.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and delivering technical enablement (trainings, bootcamps, workshops, or office hours) for partner or customer technical audiences.
  • Strong storytelling and presales skills—you can translate complex data architectures into simple, value‑driven narratives and coach others to do the same.
  • Run high‑impact discovery with technical and business stakeholders to understand current tooling, data flows, constraints, and success criteria.
  • Experience with proof‑of‑value or proof‑of‑concept projects, including defining success criteria, evaluation plans, and clear executive summaries.
  • Represent Cribl in the partner community via events, webinars, and user groups as needed.
  • Experience working with multiple operating systems (proficiency with Linux is desired).
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and Regex, or similar scripting and data‑manipulation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% to customers, partners, and event locations as needed. Some international travel is also required.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Command of the Message or any solution selling methodology, advantageous.
  • Cloud Platform certifications advantageous.
  • You are based in the country or region where this role is posted.
