About the Role:

The Partner Sales Director is a high‑impact leadership role at the centre of Kong’s next phase of partner‑led growth. You’ll shape and scale a world‑class partner ecosystem across channel, technology, GSI, and cloud alliances—unlocking new revenue and amplifying Kong’s reach. If you thrive in fast‑moving environments, love building with partners, and want to be part of a company reshaping the market, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own:

  • Drive tight alignment with the Regional VP and Regional Directors to build and execute region‑wide GTM strategies.

  • Assess market dynamics to ensure optimal partner coverage that accelerates Field Sales success.

  • Lead cross‑functional alignment across marketing, support, CX, and more

  • Continually refine the GTM model to stay ahead of industry shifts and partner opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record of smashing revenue targets

  • Hands‑on experience running GTM motions across all partner types: Channel, Tech Alliances, Cloud, and GSIs

  • Strong relationships with top national VARs/SIs (WWT, Trace3, Slalom, etc.)

  • Passion for generating net-new, sourced business through the partner ecosystem

  • Ability to excel in a high‑velocity, multi‑tasking environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
