The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results focused Partner Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team at Stenn. As the Partner Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence within the partnerships team by implementing and optimising technologies, processes, and strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Operational improvement: Drive scalable growth, by providing the consistent, reliable and effective operational practices that are the bedrock on which partner relationships can grow and diversify at scale
  • Process improvement: Create new processes and drive process optimisation that enable us to launch and grow new partnerships and also provide best-in-class partner and customer experience. Maximise efficiency, through skilfully curated processes and optimised supporting technology that streamlines operations and accelerates the growth of partner generated leads
  • Analysis: Quantify everything you do. Utilise data-driven decision making to understand the performance of initiatives to ensure you are effectively prioritising those with the highest return on investment
  • Retention: Strengthen partner retention, working closely with partner account managers to continuously enhance the PRM and partner experience, driving loyalty and increasing lifetime partner value
  • Partner with internal teams: Cross collaborate globally with Marketing campaign managers, Partner Sales, Partner Account management, Product, Sales Ops, Legal and Risk to solve problems and ensure that feedback received is utilised in improving our product and operations
  • Business development and experimentation: Drive projects from experimentation to production to help constantly grow the portfolio of partners, lead and revenue potential


Background/Experience:

  • You: At least 5 years of proven partner/sales ops professional experience with a track record of outperforming goals
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), partner management platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Looker) and Google suite
  • Operational Excellence: Experience and detailed understanding of automation, operational efficiency, and lead generation programs. Particularly managing both direct and indirect sales models
  • Partner Program Management: Proven track record of governing partner programs, including operational process design, program compliance, and performance monitoring
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: track and interpret performance metrics to drive decision-making and program improvements
  • Change Management: Experience leading change management initiatives, especially in transitioning to new partner models or scaling global programs
  • Process Improvement and Problem Solving: Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in partner operations, particularly through the implementation of automation and other technological advancements
  • Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing talent, fostering a learning culture, providing guidance and direction.
