How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Partner Marketing Operations enables Partner Marketing at Xero to perform at its best through the enablement of best-in-class data, technology and process. Your work will help the Partner Marketing team measure and optimize for success, while creating scalable and beautiful experiences for our partners and customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Reporting to the Head of Partner Marketing Operations, you’ll:Support key stakeholders across Partner Marketing in the timely and successful delivery of Partner Experience initiatives and enablers.
  • Develop project management frameworks to give clarity to project roles and responsibilities, ways of working, helping keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
  • Connect the dots on the interdependencies across various projects, helping them align and enabling them to deliver.
  • Provide status updates for projects, including keeping project management tools and artifacts updated, as well as proactively surface areas of risk and challenge and working collaboratively to move them towards resolution.
  • Facilitate workshops and conversations as required to ensure stakeholder needs and feedback are captured into the scope of projects.
  •  Be the central point of alignment across the partner organization where it relates to Partner Experience initiatives; including but not limited to Digital, Marketing, Sales, Education, Operations and Technology.
  • Maintain a connected view of all Partner Experience initiatives, proactively identifying areas of crossover and duplication and turning them into opportunities for alignment, collaboration and scale.
  • Render ad hoc project management support as required.

What You'll Bring With You:

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment (project management qualifications and Asana knowledge are pluses).
  • Strong business acumen, ability to apply critical thinking to solve and advance a wide variety of business problems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in a project management role. Experience delivering cross-functional Marketing programs / technology projects are pluses.
