About the Role

As Google Cloud's premier partner in Data and AI, Datatonic works alongside world-class businesses to drive digital transformation. Our Alliances and Partnership ecosystem sits at the heart of everything we do, it’s how we co-sell, innovate, and bring cut-through Cloud & AI solutions to market.

We are looking for an ambitious, client-facing Partner Operations Coordinator to become the operational engine of our Google Cloud partnership.

This isn’t a back-office administration job. It is a launchpad role into the world of Tech Partnerships, Alliances, and Go-To-Market strategy. Sitting directly at the intersection of Commercial Sales, Marketing, and Google Cloud Account Teams, you will blend operational precision with relationship-building. You will act as the face of Datatonic’s partner ops - running portal logistics, unlocking funding, and engaging directly with external stakeholders to ensure our joint ecosystem thrives.

If you bring a sharp eye for detail, a passion for technology, and the confidence to hold your own in front of clients and Google Cloud stakeholders, this role offers direct exposure to how high-growth cloud consultancies scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Google Cloud Ecosystem & Portal Leadership

  • Primary Portal Administrator: Act as the main point of contact and primary administrator for the Google Cloud Partner Portal.

  • Deal Registration & Co-Sell Tracking: Lead the end-to-end deal registration workflow, submitting new opportunities, tracking approvals, and making sure deals are tagged accurately to unlock co-sell metrics, margins, and rebates.

  • Stakeholder Enablement: Confidently guide internal sales teams and external Google reps through portal registration processes to keep the joint pipeline moving effortlessly.

2. Partner Engagement & Client-Facing Communication

  • Partner Onboarding: Own the onboarding journey for new ISVs and strategic partners, delivering a polished, professional experience from day one.

  • Enablement & Content Delivery: Manage, refresh, and present up-to-date partner enablement assets, keeping our value proposition front and center for Google Cloud teams.

  • External Alignment: Serve as a trusted operational contact for Google Cloud Partner Managers, assisting with meeting coordination, pipeline reviews, and joint operational updates.

3. Funding Lifecycle & Financial Operations

  • Unlocking Ecosystem Capital: Monitor, track, and manage approved Google Cloud funding pools to ensure our Engineering and Marketing teams utilize every dollar before expiration.

  • Financial Reconciliation: Work with finance and sales leads to audit internal CRM data against Google’s systems, guaranteeing pipeline accuracy and forecasting precision.

4. Scorecard Compliance, Tiering & Strategy

  • Partner Tier Stewardship: Track and manage Datatonic’s progress against Google Cloud partner tiers, certifications, and specialization thresholds.

  • Scorecard Tracking: Ensure Datatonic consistently exceeds required partner performance benchmarks.

5. Reporting, Analytics & Campaign Operations

  • Commercial Dashboards: Build, maintain, and present clear internal dashboards that track partner team performance, pipeline health, and co-sell impact.

  • Incentive Forecasting: Calculate and track expected backend rebates and reselling margins to report directly to Go-To-Market leadership.

  • Joint Marketing Support: Partner with marketing teams to track, measure, and report on joint partner campaigns against agreed scorecards.

What You’ll Bring
  • 1–3 Years of Commercial Experience: Background in a client-facing, sales operations, account management, marketing, or project coordination role - ideally within tech, consulting, or professional services.

  • Strong Client & Stakeholder Presence: High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills. You feel comfortable presenting, following up with external reps, and running partner check-ins.

  • Operational & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot), Excel/Google Sheets, or reporting tools to organize data, identify gaps, and keep pipelines clean.

  • Entrepreneurial Drive & Curiosity: A genuine interest in gaining deep hands-on experience in cloud partnerships, Go-To-Market strategy, and tech alliances.

  • High Ownership: Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts, prioritize under tight deadlines, and navigate partner portals or complex workflows smoothly.

  • Nice-to-Have: Previous exposure to the Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure partner ecosystems is a plus (but not essential - we’ll teach you!).

Why Join Datatonic?
  • Career Trajectory: Clear growth pathway into full Partner Management, Commercial Account Management, or Go-To-Market Strategy.

  • High Exposure: Direct visibility and working relationships with senior leaders across Datatonic and Google Cloud.

  • Workplace Culture: Hybrid, flexible working in vibrant London or Toronto offices.

  • Continuous Learning: Access to industry certifications, tech stipends, and dedicated professional development time.
