The Role & The Team:

The Partner Marketing Manager - MSP EMEA is responsible for developing, executing and optimizing marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement and revenue with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners across the EMEA region. This role involves working with the team to attract new MSPs and collaborating with our current MSPs. Creating impactful marketing campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives to and through our MSP partners. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in partner marketing and experience with partner campaigns that have delivered impact and measurable results.


What you will do:

  • Implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy specifically for MSPs
  • Creation of MSP recruitment initiatives and activities, across a wide range of channels utilizing a variety of marketing tactics 
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns through our MSP partner ecosystem, including, but not limited to digital, social, events (live and online)
  • Content development, specifically for MSPs such as case studies, playbooks, white papers, webinars, video and more support and drive partner engagement 
  • Management MSP Online Community platform, content and calendar
  • Delivery Yearly MSP Exec Advisory Board
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing insights to optimize future partner marketing campaigns
  • Manage MSP demand generation marketing budget to deliver strong ROI
  • Manage and drive MSP MDF spend on co-marketing initiatives with a strong focus on ARR growth, ROI and tracking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key MSP partners, acting as the main point of contact for marketing support 


What you will bring:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications a plus
  • A minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B partner marketing in the software industry. 
  • Strong project management skills with experience organizing and executing partner marketing campaigns together with partners. 
  • Proven interaction and interfacing with teams such as product marketing, enablement and partner sales, leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of marketing automation tools, reporting and insights
  • Hands on attitude and creative use of limited resources. 
  • Detail oriented with proven ability to drive multiple projects forward cross-functionally.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce, Asana, and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) 
  • Available to travel when needed. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team in a fast paced environment.
