The Global Partner Marketing team at Mimecast is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager, Alliances - EMEA. In this role, you will support and help activate joint marketing programs with our technology alliance and hyperscaler partners - executing on the partner marketing programs we design, and serving as a key day-to-day point of coordination with partner marketing contacts to help build and maintain strong working relationships.

Working closely with the Director of Alliances Marketing, you will bring strategy to life across events, digital campaigns, and content — taking ownership of programs end-to-end: defining success metrics upfront, executing with precision, and driving toward measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary marketing contact for technology alliance and hyperscaler partners, supporting ongoing relationship-building and ensuring consistent communication.
  • Coordinate program details across internal and external stakeholders, keeping deliverables, timelines, and approvals organized and moving forward.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into clear project plans and support execution across co-marketing activities, joint messaging, and sales enablement needs.
  • Manage components of co-created content, including briefs, reviews, and final delivery, ensuring alignment with partner priorities and Mimecast positioning.
  • Support the planning and execution of partner events by managing logistics, preparing assets, coordinating on-site needs, and capturing insights for post-event reporting.
  • Assist in the execution of digital campaigns—including webinars, email programs, paid promotions, and content syndication—and ensure alignment with pipeline and lead flow goals.
  • Track performance across events and campaigns, reporting outcomes such as pipeline impact, lead quality, engagement insights, and ROI.
  • Maintain documentation, program trackers, shared folders, and partner-facing materials to ensure the team operates with clarity and consistency.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise technology
  • Demonstrated ability to set program metrics, track progress, and drive toward measurable results — not just execute tasks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience planning and executing in-person and digital marketing activities, including events and integrated campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in partner marketing or channel marketing within a technology or cybersecurity company
  • Background in security marketing with an understanding of the cybersecurity buyer and competitive landscape
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler partner ecosystems (e.g., AWS Marketplace or partner programs)
  • Foundational knowledge of AWS services
  • Experience in campaign tracking and reporting
  • Desirable: French language skills (but not essential)
