Stenn is one of the leading FinTechs in Europe and a category leader in the verticals and markets it operates in. Founded in 2015, Stenn’s purpose is to connect international SMEs to the global financial system, helping to bridge a reported $3.6 trillion (USD) financing gap through a fast, simple online platform. To date, Stenn has enabled over $18 billion (USD) of finance to SMEs in 3 verticals and 4 markets, with capital provided by several blue-chip banks and institutional fund managers across the globe.

Rapid expansion continues at Stenn, as under-served SMEs seek financing solutions to manage significant macroeconomic and supply chain disruption; and this follows our $50 million Series A fundraise in 2022, valuing Stenn at $900 million.

Our HQ is in London with employees across the globe, including the USA, Europe and China. We are made up of diverse, highly skilled professionals who work in an innovative way to develop and drive our business further. Our people are empowered to work autonomously through a trusting leadership style which encourages learning.

The Role:

As the Partner Marketing Lead, you will lead the development and execution of Stenn's global partner strategy, overseeing regional teams across key markets, including the U.S., India, China, and Europe. In this role, you will define the overall partner marketing framework, including program benefits, the ideal partner profile (IPP), and tiers for different types of co-marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strategic partnerships that drive both customer acquisition and revenue growth. By collaborating closely with regional Partner Marketing Campaign Managers, you will ensure seamless execution of co-branded campaigns with key partners such as marketplaces, exporters’ associations, and logistics providers.

This position demands a visionary leader with a strong track record in B2B partner marketing who can align global strategies, foster cross-functional collaboration, and contribute significantly to Stenn’s continued expansion and market leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Global Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead the overall partner marketing strategy for Stenn, ensuring alignment with regional GTM strategies to drive partner and customer acquisition and revenue growth in the U.S., India, China, and Europe.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of regional Partner Marketing Campaign Managers across key markets, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful execution of localized co-marketing campaigns.
  • Activation Campaigns: Design global partner marketing campaigns that promote Stenn’s value proposition, enhance brand awareness, and drive lead generation across multiple partner channels.
  • MQL Generation & ROI: Collaborate with the Partner Business Development Team to design campaigns that generate high-quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and align closely with regional sales objectives. Track performance, report on KPIs, and optimize campaigns to ensure positive ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end management of global partner marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, campaign execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop co-marketing collateral, training materials, and partner enablement resources to ensure that partners are well-equipped to market Stenn’s financial solutions effectively. Lead global partner education programs and workshops to enhance partner performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional teams, including Sales, Product, and Regional Marketing, to align partner marketing strategies with overall business goals and ensure seamless integration of partner-led activities.
  • Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on the competitive landscape, market trends, and partnership developments in fintech, B2B marketing, and trade finance sectors to inform strategy and refine campaigns.
  • Event & Webinar Management: Oversee global co-branded events, webinars, and other partner-driven community-building activities that drive engagement and strengthen relationships with key partners.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing, with a focus on managing global or regional partner marketing strategies, ideally within fintech or financial services.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams across multiple regions, with an ability to drive alignment and performance at a global scale.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement global partner marketing strategies that align with regional business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Campaign Expertise: Track record of designing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive SQLs, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Partnership Development: Deep understanding of building and nurturing strategic relationships with marketplaces, logistics providers, and financial services companies, particularly in key regions like the U.S., India, China, and Europe.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in using analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous optimization.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Global Perspective: Experience in working with diverse markets and understanding of cultural nuances in key regions (U.S., India, China, Europe) to tailor partner marketing strategies effectively.
