The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Definition of the annual plan of the category adapted to the out-of-home channel, with priority focus on the convenience channel

- Design and develop action plans for the channel that include:

  • Segmentation and action plan by type of customer

  • Definition of assortment / planogram (suitable products and formats)

  • Definition of visibility elements at point of sale.

  • Promotional policy

  • Definition of the execution strategy of the distributor and sales force

- Lead the execution of strategic projects with sales teams aimed at winning at the point of sale.

- Define the KPIs of execution of the annual strategic plan and define together with the systems team the reporting of those KPIs and subsequent follow up.

  • Analysis and segmentation of customers by type and channel.

  • Identification of deviations and development of corrective actions when necessary

-Work as a team with the sales and marketing team to define activation plans according to channel and customer needs, suitable for each brand.

- Lead client meetings alongside key account managers to ensure alignment and strategic collaboration.

- Oversee agency relationships, including campaign management, briefings, and project execution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a similar Trade Marketing position in the Away from Home channel. Very valuable experience in the impulse channel.

  • Experience in convenience channel.

  • Advanced level of Spanish and English.

  • High computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).

SKILLS

  • Person with a high component of leadership and proactivity and initiative.

  • It is essential to have experience in managing projects with sales teams.

  • Proven experience in passion for growth and teamwork.
