We’re looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Partner Manager to join our growing team. If you have a talent for building strategic partnerships, a passion for technology, and a track record of delivering results, we’d love to hear from you.

What we are looking for…

We’re seeking an experienced partner or account manager with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You’ll develop and grow partner relationships, drive new business opportunities, and help shape our partner strategy to support long-term success.

Location…

This role is based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Key responsibilities of the role…

Partner Engagement & Growth:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key partners.
  • Own and manage the partner portal to support effective engagement and communication.
  • Drive partner satisfaction and advocate for mutual success through ongoing collaboration.

Sales Strategy & Enablement:

  • Achieve revenue and margin targets through and with partners on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop structured partner plans and pipelines to support lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner and customer experience.

Campaigns & Collaboration:

  • Work with Marketing and Sales to target new opportunities and grow partner influence.
  • Support joint campaigns, bids, and proposals to win new business.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to internal stakeholders.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Stay up to date on our evolving product portfolio and industry developments.
  • Communicate the business value of our solutions effectively to partners and internal teams.
  • Mentor other sales colleagues and contribute to partner-related marketing and enablement initiatives.

About you…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a partner or account management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Experience in IT, telecoms, SaaS, or vertical industries (e.g. utilities, healthcare) is desirable.
