Partner Development Manager (SMB)

The Partner Development Manager: Financial Automation oversees and manages partner/ISV relationships within the partner channel(s) we support.  The PDM is responsible for managing partner relationships to insure partners have the knowledge and tools needed to effective promote Quadient’s Financial Automation solutions including Beanworks and YayPay.

The PDM works with multiple roles on the partner team including executive, sales, marketing, and the customer support manager (CSM) to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to generate leads and sales opportunities.

  • Prospect and recruit Partners/ISVs to generate new leads and sales opportunities

  • Maintain strong relationships with partners/ISVs to generate new leads and sales opportunities.

  • Execution of strategic partner programs to support business growth objectives

  • Execution of partner marketing campaigns

  • Financial automation upsell/cross-sell

  • Work closely with partner executives to map out a strategy to sell and promote our solutions

  • Work closely with partner sales team to train them on Quadient products and sales processes to enable them to generate new leads and sales opportunities

  • Work closely with partner marketing team to execute turn key partner marketing campaigns promoting our solution to their customers

  • Work closely with Quadient CDM team to coordinate and manage all partner sales channels

  • Work closely with Quadient SDR team to receive, coordinate, and engage new partner leads

  • Work closely with the Quadient AE team to support sales process and help manage partner involvement in the sales process

  • Work closely with Quadient Marketing team to create and execute turn-key partner marketing campaigns with partners

  • Work closely with Quadient Support team to handle any support issues that impact the partner

  • Maintain accurate customer and partner data in Salesforce CRM

  • Provide partner training on products, pricing, sales process, commissions, sales tools, marketing tools, etc.

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with partners to review sales metrics and sales strategy

  • Identify which partners would be best for Refferal, Reseller and Implementation.

  • Report monthly on achievement towards objectives and metrics

  • Execute partner engagement strategies

  • Develop value propositions to differentiate joint channel partner offerings

  • Ensure sales practices leverage journey mapping, business case development, and ROI tracking.

Your profile

  • Must have 5+ years of successful complex sales, channel and business development experience

  • Experience building alliances with ERP / VAR partners at an executive level

  • Must have strong business acumen and capability to develop and manage strategic plans with partner and company executives

  • Experience with Financial Automation solutions

  • Must demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Must be results oriented, have high integrity, and a desire to be part of a world-class, rapidly expanding technology company

  • 50% travel
