Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute a global brand, content, and experiences strategy, aligned with the firm’s commercial objectives and growth ambitions.
Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership and Partners on brand positioning, content strategy, and experiential engagement.
Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in brand, digital experience, content, and AI-driven marketing.
Champion innovation, including the adoption of new technologies to enhance brand reach, content effectiveness, and audience engagement.
Brand
Establish a global brand tracking framework, with clear metrics on brand perception, awareness, and positioning versus competitors.
Deliver a consistent global Brand Visual Identity (VI), narrative, and tone of voice, supported by scalable templates and governance.
Recommend and implement globally aligned campaigns that amplify the core Knight Frank brand narrative.
Ensure the brand narrative is optimised for LLM and AI-driven search environments, enhancing discoverability and digital authority.
Explore and recommend a new global partnership and sponsorship strategy to elevate brand presence and relevance.
Events & Experiences
Define and implement a new global events strategy, demonstrating measurable impact through physical and digital experiences.
Establish and track Event KPIs, clearly linking event performance to brand equity and commercial outcomes.
Lead the optimisation of event platforms (e.g. Cvent) to enhance engagement, data capture, and ROI.
Manage third-party platforms (e.g. Headbox) and create efficiencies in event sourcing, delivery, and cost management.
Ensure all experiences reflect the Knight Frank brand and deliver a consistent, high-quality client journey.
Content
Oversee the delivery of global content programmes aligned to the new Brand VI and supported by AI governance frameworks.
Establish “The View” as a video-first global digital channel, hosted on Knight Frank’s .com platform.
Define and implement the optimal model for in-house content production, balancing quality, scalability, and cost efficiencies versus outsourcing.
Lead the management and optimisation of Engage to deliver strong SEO performance and measurable content impact.
Operational Oversight
Develop and implement global frameworks, standards, and governance for brand, content, and experiences.
Partner with regional and service line teams to ensure seamless integration of brand and content into day-to-day commercial activity.
Ensure data-driven decision making across all brand and content initiatives, with clear reporting and insight.
People & Culture
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global team across brand, content, and experiences.
Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building across marketing functions.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation aligned to the firm’s values.
External & Client Engagement
Represent Knight Frank as a thought leader in brand, content, and experiential marketing within the real estate sector.
Strengthen client relationships through compelling storytelling, events, and digital engagement.
Collaborate with clients and partners on co-branded initiatives, campaigns, and experiences.
Skills & Experience Required
Significant senior leadership experience in brand, content, and/or marketing strategy, ideally within a global or partnership-driven organisation.
Proven track record of building and scaling global brands and delivering measurable commercial impact.
Deep understanding of content strategy, digital ecosystems, SEO, and emerging AI/LLM-driven discovery trends.
Experience designing and delivering high-impact global events and client experiences.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance creativity with measurable outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at Partner and Executive level.
Experience building and leading high-performing, international teams.
Strong analytical capability, with experience using data to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
