Job Description: 

Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Partner Development Manager

You will……

Proactively develop and grow Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform products and services within our existing IT reseller channel. Leveraging our go-to-market strategy and value proposition, you will add value and become a trusted advisor within your account base by understanding the unique needs of businesses adopting Microsoft business applications.

This role will require you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the full range of products and services offered by Ingram Micro within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform portfolio to provide best-in-class service and support. You will support your customers in optimizing their use of cloud solutions, automation, and business insights to drive digital transformation.

You will also collaborate closely with Ingram Micro’s Elite Service Partner network and our comprehensive Managed Service Partner base, providing strategic support for both groups. Additionally, you will foster partner-to-partner growth within this ecosystem to drive synergies and expand service offerings across the network.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving revenue, front-end margin, and trading partner goals, while supporting IM finance to ensure timely payments from customers. You will drive peer-to-peer engagement across Ingram Micro and your customer base, while also building and developing a network of relevant vendor and Microsoft ecosystem peers.


The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…
 

  • B2B or B2C sales experience within the IT Channel is essential
  • Knowledge and a passion for technology products and services is essential
  • Ability to maintain and manage a pipeline of deals and opportunities
  • Experience of working within a face paced environment whilst using initiatives and ideas to contribute to the growth of the business unit.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences and drive mindshare of Ingram’s goals and objectives
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in structured, methodical way.
  • Extensive Industry experience with a strong network
  • Flexible, able to respond to customer and vendor needs at short notice 
  • Works with agility, integrity, passion & drive
