About The Role

As a Global Growth Partnerships Manager based in London, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and managing a scalable partnership program tailored for innovative, high-growth tech companies. A key focus of this role will be collaborating closely with G2’s product team to enhance the API layer, ensuring a seamless, self-serve experience for partners. You will also lead documentation efforts to establish streamlined partner onboarding, co-sell rules of engagement, partnership tiers, and co-marketing support frameworks. Additionally, you will support in-region strategic partnership activations to drive pipeline and grow partner-attached revenue.

In This Role, You Will: 

API Enhancement and Collaboration:

  • Partner with G2’s product and engineering teams to improve the API layer, prioritizing ease of use for self-serve integrations.
  • Identify and advocate for features and improvements that enable partners to leverage G2’s APIs effectively.
  • Ensure API updates are well-communicated to partners and integrated seamlessly into their workflows.

Program Design and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a scalable partnership framework targeting high-growth tech companies.
  • Establish clear partnership goals, KPIs, and measurement systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for partner onboarding, co-sell rules of engagement, and guidelines for co-marketing support in each partner tier. Ensure consistency and scalability as we grow.
  • Monitor partnership performance, providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders

International Business Development:

  • Identify emerging tech markets and trends, aligning partnership strategy with market demands.
  • Support strategic global partners with regional (non-US) activations, working closely with the VP/GM of EMEA, EMEA Marketing, VP/GM of APAC, and the AMER-based Partner Manager to grow co-sell and market demand for G2.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive joint GTM initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related roles within the tech industry
  • Proven track record of building and managing scalable partnership programs in a global capacity
  • Hands-on experience working with API integrations and technical partnerships
  • Strong documentation and process-development skills, systems thinking
