  • Identify opportunities to enhance solutions through advanced analytics, AI, audience capabilities and emerging measurement approaches.

Leadership & Enablement

  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team, establishing capability priorities, succession plans and long-term talent development strategies.

  • Drive adoption of measurement, data and optimisation best practices through executive sponsorship, thought leadership and organisational enablement.

  • Experience developing data strategies, governance frameworks and audience solutions within a media or marketing environment.

  • Familiarity with analytics platforms, dashboarding tools, data integration technologies and AI/ML applications.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for senior audiences.

  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams, capability functions or specialist practices within complex, client-focused organisations.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, shape strategic direction and drive organisational change through data, measurement and optimisation expertise.
