Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

Your Mission

This role exists to build connection, confidence, and consistency across our Independent Sales Consultant (ISC) community.

You’ll design, implement, and continuously evolve our ISC communications strategy, shaping how a diverse network of sellers engage with Teya, adopts information, and feels part of a professional, high-performing community.

From day-to-day communications and enablement content to events and conferences, you’ll own how our ISC community experiences Teya, driving stickiness, retention, and long-term performance.

This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of community, enablement, marketing, and operations.

What You’ll Own (The 4 Outcomes That Matter)

ISC Community & Communications Strategy

You’ll design, implement, and continuously evolve our ISC communications strategy, creating a clear, intentional approach to how we engage a diverse community of sellers.

  • Defining a communication rhythm across email, WhatsApp, announcements, launches, and events.

  • Segmenting and adapting messaging for different ISC personas and stages.

  • Setting principles for tone, format, and channel use to drive adoption and trust.

  • Testing, learning, and iterating based on engagement data and direct feedback.

Enablement Content & Visual Storytelling

You’ll own the creation and upkeep of ISC-facing enablement content, written and visual.

  • Decks, playbooks, one-pagers, product guides, and toolkits.

  • Visual assets that follow brand guidelines and elevate how our content looks and feels.

  • Short-form videos or explainers where they add value.

  • Ongoing updates to training and enablement materials.

Knowledge Hub & Learning Experience

You’ll own how enablement content lives and is consumed across our Learning Management System / intranet.

  • Structuring content so it’s intuitive and easy to navigate.

  • Ensuring launches and updates land cleanly.

  • Reducing duplication, confusion, and outdated materials.

  • Improving adoption through better organisation and communication.

Events, Webinars & Conferences

You’ll fully own the delivery of ISC events, from small virtual sessions to large in-person, high budget conferences (200+ attendees).

  • Planning and coordination.

  • Pre-event promotion and registration.

  • Speaker and agenda support.

  • On-the-day delivery and logistics.

  • Post-event follow-ups and content.

This Role Is Likely a Great Fit If You…

  • Have strong written and visual communication skills - you care about clarity, tone, and brand.

  • Enjoy full ownership - you take ideas from concept to execution to improvement.

  • Are comfortable adapting communication for different audiences and stages.

  • Use data and feedback to understand what’s working and improve it.

  • Thrive in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.

Experience That Helps (but isn’t a checklist)

  • 3+ years in marketing, communications, content.

  • Creating on-brand visual content.

  • Coordinating events and webinars.

  • Exposure to LMS or intranet platforms.

Why You’ll Love Working In The ISC Team

We’re a mission-driven, feedback-led, results-focused team. We collaborate openly, move fast, adapt quickly, and celebrate wins together.

You’ll have real autonomy, trust, and the space to build something important — with high standards, strong support, and visible impact.

Teya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work. We believe that a diverse team leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and a more supportive workplace for all.

If you require any reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process whether for interviews, assessments, or other parts of the application—we encourage you to let us know. We are committed to ensuring that every candidate has a fair and accessible experience with us.
