EMEA Channel

The GBG Loqate Channel Business works with over 800 Partners that serve over 7,000 end user customers, through a variation of Resellers and Integrated Introducers. As a hugely diversified business, our EMEA Channel Network has presence across all ranges of industries and sectors. This includes the traditional verticals such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Ecommerce and Retail, to new developing and emerging sectors such as Logistics and Rapid Delivery, AI, Marketplaces, Customer Data Platforms and ERP environments. With the breadth of variation across Partner types and Sectors, this provides a varied role with opportunity for Growth and Development. 

Partner Account Manager

A Partner Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth and success through strategic partner relationships. In this position, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of reseller and introducer partners, building trusted relationships with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, product, account management, and technical teams. Acting as the primary commercial contact, you'll be responsible for developing partner business plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring partners maximise the value of their relationship with the business.

You will lead the planning and execution of joint growth initiatives, including marketing campaigns, customer acquisition programmes, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities. Working closely with partners, you'll identify new routes to market, support the onboarding of new end users, and help expand the adoption of additional products and services across their customer base.

A key part of the role involves negotiating and managing commercial agreements, including pricing structures, commission frameworks, and partnership terms. You'll use data, insights, and market knowledge to identify opportunities, address challenges, and ensure partners remain engaged, productive, and aligned to mutual business objectives.

This is a dynamic role that combines strategic relationship management, commercial acumen, and operational execution. Success requires the ability to influence stakeholders, uncover growth opportunities, and build long-term partnerships that deliver measurable revenue growth, customer retention, and mutual business success.

What you will do
  • Manage a portfolio of reseller and introducer partners, building strong, strategic relationships.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders at partner organizations, including marketing, sales, finance, product, account management, and technical teams.
  • Lead and execute joint marketing campaigns to drive partner and end-user engagement.
  • Oversee renewals and onboarding of new end users, ensuring smooth integration and adoption.
  • Identify and implement upsell opportunities, adding new lines of business to existing accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial models, including pricing structures, commission plans, and partner frameworks.
  • Collaborate on partner enablement and growth strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Skills we’re looking for
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills – Listening, Strategic Questioning, Rapport Building, Presenting and clearly articulating value propositions.
  • Commercial Acumen – Creating commercial models for both Reseller and Introducer Partners, that incentives growth through commission and margin plans.
  • Upsell & cross-sell - Ability to identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities across multiple lines of business.
  • Stakeholder engagement - Comfortable operating across marketing, sales, finance, product, account management, and technical teams at the partner at all levels.
  • Solution understanding – The ability to understand a partner solution offering, and translating product capabilities into value propositions and integration paths.
  • Adaptability – Willing to work across multiple sectors, with a variation of partners each with unique value propositions and solution offerings, whilst always working with a Growth mindset.
