Are you a Paraplanner looking for your next opportunity within a growing and ambitious wealth management business?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our established team in Kettering. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Financial Planners, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

We are open to applications from individuals who already have some paraplanning experience and are either Diploma qualified or actively working towards achieving their Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

What you will be doing

  • Assisting Financial Planners with the preparation and delivery of client advice
  • Conducting research and analysis across financial products and providers
  • Producing suitability reports and recommendation documentation
  • Ensuring all client files and recommendations meet regulatory and compliance standards
  • Liaising with advisers, administrators, providers and other key stakeholders
  • Supporting the ongoing review and servicing of client portfolios
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

About you

  • Previous experience within a Paraplanning or financial planning support role
  • Diploma qualified or close to achieving the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products and services
  • Excellent report writing and research skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A team player who is keen to develop and progress their career within wealth management
