About The Role

Knight Frank Finance is the independent mortgage and protection advisory arm of Knight Frank; the world's largest privately owned global real estate consultancy. We provide bespoke mortgage and protection solutions to high-net-worth and international clients, delivering the exceptional service and professionalism associated with the Knight Frank brand.

We are looking to hire an organised and proactive Paraplanner to support our team of Certified Mortgage Advisers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mortgage and/or protection administration experience looking to develop their career within a premium financial services environment.

The Role

Working closely with advisers, administrators and compliance teams, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless client journey from initial enquiry through to completion. Your support will allow advisers to focus on client relationships and business development while maintaining high levels of service and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support advisers with client meeting preparation, illustrations and documentation
  • Complete fact finds and prepare suitability letters
  • Submit mortgage applications and manage lender communications
  • Collect and review client documentation
  • Accurately maintain client records and case information on the CRM system
  • Ensure all cases meet compliance and AML requirements
  • Monitor application progress and update advisers and clients as required
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the mortgage process
  • Work closely with administration and compliance teams to ensure timely case completion
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients for insurance, protection and foreign exchange services

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous experience in mortgage and/or protection administration
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • A collaborative and team-focused approach

Desirable

  • Experience supporting Mortgage Advisers or Financial Advisers
  • Understanding of mortgage compliance and AML processes
  • Experience working with international or high-net-worth clients
  • Ability to speak an additional European language, such as would be highly advantageous:
    • French
    • Spanish
    • Portuguese
    • Italian
