We are looking for a Paralegal to join our growing team, playing a key role in mitigating risk by providing legal advice on property-related matters across our lending functions. This is a fantastic chance to be part of an expanding team where you can contribute to its growth and direction.
We offer a comprehensive training programme and are committed to supporting a Paralegal apprenticeship for the right candidate.
Main Role & Responsibilities

Reviewing and interpreting title documents and providing advice under the support and supervision of Solicitors

Assisting in the delivery of legal services

Submitting applications to Land Registry to discharge mortgages

Assisting with queries within the Property Legal Team within the limit of their ability

Conducting legal research

Providing general administrative and legal support across the team
Skills and experience we look for

A passion for property law and an interest in pursuing this further

Ability to interact with people at all levels

Able to handle competing demands in a high volume, fast paced working environment

Proven ability to work effectively in independent settings

Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
-
Experience of working in a law firm or an in house environment in a property department is desirable
