  • Preparing bundles, chronologies and case summaries.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and client-focused projects where required.
  • Assisting with billing processes, matter administration and financial management activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Paralegal experience within a law firm, insurer or professional services environment, ideally supporting litigation, dispute resolution, marine, shipping, transport or insurance matters.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in marine, transportation, logistics and insurance-related claims.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
  • Law degree, GDL, LPC, SQE or equivalent legal qualification, or working towards a legal qualification, would be advantageous.
