Somerce is a TikTok Shop specialist agency focused on driving GMV growth for brands. We work with some of the fastest-growing beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands in the UK, US and EU, helping them scale through TikTok Shop using live commerce, affiliates, creators and paid media.

Our clients include brands such as P.Louise, Unilever, L'Oréal and Free Soul.

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager specialising in TikTok and TikTok Shop to take ownership of paid performance for a portfolio of brands. This role is focused on driving revenue through TikTok ads, scaling winning creatives and working closely with our live commerce and affiliate teams to maximise growth on the platform.

What you will doPaid Media Strategy & Campaign Management
  • Plan, launch and manage TikTok advertising campaigns for a portfolio of brands
  • Build performance-driven media strategies focused on driving GMV through TikTok Shop
  • Manage campaign structure across prospecting, retargeting and scaling campaigns
  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data, creative performance and audience insights
  • Monitor spend, pacing and return on ad spend to ensure campaigns hit commercial targets
TikTok Shop Performance Growth
  • Develop paid strategies specifically designed to drive traffic and conversion on TikTok Shop product listings
  • Support key promotional moments including product launches, sales events and campaign pushes
  • Work closely with the trading team to align paid media with merchandising, bundles and promotional strategies
  • Identify opportunities to scale winning products and maximise sales through paid amplification
Creative Testing & Performance Optimisation
  • Work closely with the creative, influencer and live teams to develop high-performing ad creative
  • Run ongoing creative testing frameworks to identify top-performing hooks, formats and messaging
  • Analyse performance data to understand what drives engagement and conversion
  • Provide clear feedback to the creative team on what content should be scaled or improved
Data & Performance Reporting
  • Track campaign performance across key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and GMV
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation
  • Provide clear performance updates and insights to internal teams and clients
  • Continuously test new audiences, formats and optimisation strategies
Collaboration with Influencer & LIVE Teams
  • Work closely with influencer teams to amplify high-performing creator content through paid media
  • Support the promotion of TikTok LIVE events and major livestream moments
  • Identify opportunities to turn organic content and creator content into paid advertising assets
  • Help brands scale successful creator and live commerce moments through paid distribution

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
  • Experience running paid media campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce growth
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and optimising campaigns at scale
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of creative testing and how to scale winning content
  • Experience working with brands in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG is a bonus
  • Ability to move quickly, test new ideas and optimise campaigns in a fast-paced environment
