The account is looking for a ZEUR Paid Social Lead to integrate with existing category service teams & provide quality Paid Social strategic experience and leadership. Being above market (not activation), the role offers plenty of variety, but the focus is delivering strategic recommendations & consultancy, helping to lay the framework for excellence via local activation/delivery. The individual that takes this role requires strong story telling capabilities, to seamlessly integrate a social narrative into overarching strategies – paid social is a key channel for Nestlé & the client/s are always looking to push the boundaries of what they typically deliver. You must be prepared to operate as a true leader within the channel & help your colleagues/client stay up to date with the latest news from within the Social Landscape. As we enter 2026, there is greater focus from Nestlé ZEUR on the integration of Paid/Owned/Earned into overarching strategic recommendations, therefore there will be a requirement to offer perspective on holistic social & how it can support campaigns.

  • Forge and maintain relationships with key strategic media partners to ensure that we are fully embracing new media, technology and data opportunities as they emerge.
  • Develop Paid Social strategies at a zone level to maximise the biddable performance across Nestle Europe. These strategies then need to be adapted and rolled out for specific business units, which will have differing objectives and budgets. It is vital we’re taking advantage of the short-term opportunities for Nestle whilst laying strong foundations for future changes in Social.
  • Work closely with the ZEUR Nestle Leads to ensure the Paid Social strategic focuses align with those of the specific business units and with Nestle at a global level too.
  • Build up a constructive, positive rapport with senior client contacts and main partners i.e. Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc. You should be perceived by all client stakeholders as the discipline expert.
  • A confident presenter with the ability to communicate the value of paid Social to the wider Nestle business, distilling details into key actions and outcomes for relevant stakeholders. Story telling capability is integral to the role.
  • Commitment to driving initiatives focused on utilising first party data to great effect in support of the client’s regional ambitions.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in Paid Social, adapting the strategy accordingly in alignment with global Nestle guidance
  • Ensure knowledge and best practices are shared between OpenMind and Channel & Solutions team
