About the role

As Paid Search Executive, you will assist with the implementation and day-to-day running of our global paid search channel, under the direction of our Senior Paid Search Manager. Operating within a hyper-growth environment, you will be a key player in driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone with digital marketing & paid search knowledge looking to develop a fast-paced career in performance marketing. The role will be suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-tasking, and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Create & implement Paid Search and Shopping campaigns.
  • Take ownership of basic account hygiene tasks (e.g. SQR, negatives, account status checks).
  • Contribute to weekly paid search performance reports, track performance against FCT and recommend optimisations.
  • Assist in budget management and optimisations to continually increase campaign efficiencies.
  • Monitor & optimise bidding strategies, impression share, quality score, competition, and consumer behaviour.
  • Proactively recommend new and/or complementary solutions to drive better performance.
  • Coordinate with content and translations team to brief and ensure timely delivery of performance marketing assets (e.g. ad copy, creative, landing page).
  • Assist with finance processes such as raising POs and reconciling monthly.
  • Work cross-functionally (e.g. with SEO, CRM, E-commerce, and others) to drive customer growth, activation, and retention.
  • Research into market trends, keep abreast of the latest marketing/ biddable technologies, and help provide ideas and suggestions to improve KPIs. Leaning into increasing AI use and using analytical skills to analyse and assess across regions.

About you

  • 2 years’ experience in Paid Search.
  • Experience with various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Editor & Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Google Analytics & SA360 is necessary, and other complementary analytics tools would be a bonus.
  • Diligent, meticulous, and methodical.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, tolerance for ambiguity, and readiness to adapt to changing priorities dynamically.
  • A flexible initiative-taker with a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to deliver results.
