The Role:

Digible, Inc. is looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our team!

Our Paid Media Team manages both strategy and execution for our clients across a variety of paid media platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Display, Spotify, CTV, and more. Today this entails over 2,000 monthly active clients and will scale rapidly over the next 24 months. The Paid Media Strategist will directly manage a portfolio of our existing customer base and work closely with our Client Services team to ensure success and growth for our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Own, execute, and manage a book of business across all paid media channels averaging 90 accounts per strategist.
  • Provide strategic recommendations across all paid campaigns to drive best-in-class performance [Cost per acquisition - CPA] for multifamily campaigns.
  • Contribute to agency testing program by implementing and analyzing scaling briefs across all paid media channels.
  • Conducts biweekly performance analysis across Search, Display, and Social, that follows through with account optimizations, and provides detailed, clear notes for Account Managers.
  • Implements large-scale changes to the book of business based on client requests and changing needs. Examples include: scaling briefs, conversion cleanups, and ad hoc data analysis
  • Completes and diagnoses all key issues that arise.
  • Actively contribute to department and team meetings by staying attuned to key trends in digital marketing and the multifamily space. The Paid Media strategist will come prepared and engaged with a solutions-oriented mindset to team brainstorms and collaboration sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes across both the multifamily and digital marketing industries.
  • Work with others in the Paid Media team and other departments to execute on company initiatives and goals.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. Paid search experience is required, paid social experience is preferred.
  • Expert in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and GA4. 
  • Proven track record in operating with a high level of energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to take on a challenging role with cross-functional team commitments

Pay, perks, and such:

  • Salary Range: $66,000 - $80,000
