The Role:

Digible, Inc. is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team!

Our Client Services department is responsible for cultivating extraordinary relationships with Digible’s agency and tech clients, making strategic recommendations that demonstrate a deep understanding of client goals, and ensuring digital campaigns and products are meeting or exceeding expectations. Today, the team consists of 34 individuals managing 2,000+ monthly active accounts with plans to expand in 2025. 

As an Account Coordinator joining this team, you will be responsible for supporting 2-3 Account Managers with several aspects of client needs from account onboarding and task management to reporting and campaign analysis.  The Account Coordinator will touch 200-300 accounts monthly, and must have strong attention to detail skills, a positive attitude and curiosity to learn. This position supports all digital channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Organic Social, Geofencing, Display, Review Management, Email, Native, Spotify and more. The Account Coordinator will also assist with onboarding clients to Digible’s tech platform, Fiona.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new digital marketing campaigns on Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and other advertising platforms. This includes documentation, managing campaign-specific details, and internal/external communication. 
  • Develop and maintain expertise in various project management systems including (but not limited to) Taskray and Wrike to blend client-owned and Digible workflows and maintain a cohesive onboarding experience.
  • Responsible for accurate property information input and maintenance. 
  • Timely and prompt responses to all client and internal team members 
  • Proactively monitor launch status and provide frequent updates to the team
  • Responsible for managing and communicating onboarding status with Account Managers across the portfolio.
  • Assist with reporting setup and checking for data source connection accuracy.
  • Provide continuous support to Account Managers as needed. 
  • Work selflessly with other departments to provide the best client experiences

How success will be measured:

  • < 10-hour email response time
  • < 2 business day onboarding ticket response time

You should have:

  • Highly Developed Detail and Organizational Skills
  • Client Communication
  • Internship/Entry-Level Experience in Marketing Agency or Communications Role
  • Ability to Prioritize in a Fast Paced Environment
  • Multifamily/Senior Living/Student Housing Experience is a Plus
  • Superb communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, a growth mindset, and a values-driven personality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay, perks, and more:

  • Salary Range: $50,000-$66,000
  • 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
  • WFA (Work From Anywhere) OR 1 Day / Week Remote
