Reporting into our Head of Paid Media, you will be responsible for the strategy and budget for your channels, using data, insights and analytics to strengthen our campaigns, ultimately boosting revenue and brand love.

The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Lead the Paid Media Strategy for your key channels (Paid Search and Affiliates) with the goal of driving revenue and new customer growth to TrinnyLondon.com.
- Proactively manage the planning & execution of PPC campaigns in close collaboration with our PPC agency against market targets, acting as the internal subject matter expert.
- Act as the primary lead for our PPC agency; stress-testing their roadmap, auditing account health, and ensuring our P.Max, Shopping, and Search tactics are best-in-class.
- Monitoring daily performance & optimisations, with ability to analyse available data sources.
- Plan & own testing roadmaps for your channels to identify new opportunities to drive continual performance improvements and complete incrementality testing.
- Shape and lead the long-term Affiliates channel strategy to deliver new customer growth via content Affiliate networks (including LTK, Rakuten and ShopMy), in partnership with Social and Communications teams to ensure a seamless “full-funnel” creator strategy.
- Manage channel budget alongside the Head of Paid Media, with continuous optimisation of spend to ensure we are investing in most efficient areas.
- Support with international expansion of owned channels and new channel scoping and testing.
- Working in close collaboration with our design team to deliver data-led creative digital assets with ongoing share-through of A/B Test results and creative channel best practice.
- Translate complex channel data into actionable insights by delivering succinct performance reporting and conducting deep-dive analysis - deepening our understanding of the customer.
- Showcasing channel-specific campaign strategy & campaign responses to support business initiatives and new product launches.
- Up-to date with industry best practices and leading the adoption of beta features within Google Ads.
Requirements
As Paid Media Manager you possess the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience in actively running high growth performance marketing campaigns either in-house or at an agency
- Advanced hands-on experience with PPC and search channels
- Experience with Affiliates Networks is a benefit
- In-depth knowledge of wider Social and Search landscape and emerging digital trend, demonstrating a solid understanding of their analytics and how they operate
- Self-starter with a commercial mindset who is eager to deliver against ambitious, profitable growth targets.
- A curious and analytical mindset, always open to learning and hypothesis testing.
- A team player who has a proven ability to work effectively with multiple teams
- Adaptable and highly organised, able to work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- A confident communicator, who understands how to adjust written and verbal communications to suit different audiences
- Competent user of excel and google sheets including vlookups and PivotTables
- Proactive with a can-do attitude, always striving to find ways to improve our campaign performance and ways of working
