ABOUT THE ROLE

The Paid Media Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering SINE Digital’s performance media strategy across Paid Search and Paid Social.

You will drive innovation, uphold best practice, and support the development of integrated and data-led strategies.

  • Develop cross-channel strategies and media plans that align with client KPIs and budgets, presenting clear tactical rationale
  • Use platform and third party analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights, as required in both source roles
  • Streamline ways of working across Paid Search and Paid Social, building efficient and scalable campaign management processes
  • Champion the practical use of automation and AI to accelerate workflows

  • Present campaign results, insights, and growth recommendations clearly and confidently
  • Work closely with Account and Media Directors on quarterly reviews, post-campaign analyses, and long-term planning.

Line Management

  • Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring workloads are balanced and development goals are met
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and annual reviews, providing feedback and clear objectives to support professional growth
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Lead by example in fostering collaboration, curiosity, and performance excellence across the team.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive a culture of operational excellence, ensuring the team works smarter, not harder, as account complexity and scale increase
  • Oversee all budget activity across Paid Search and Paid Social on your accounts, including budget recommendations, pacing and billing
  • Conduct regular audits to improve performance
  • Leverage automation tools, scripts, and data feeds to support operational efficiency
  • Contribute to internal best practice documentation, new business pitches, and internal training initiatives
