Role Description 

We have an amazing opportunity for a German-speaking Paid Marketing Communications Executive. We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised, and dedicated individual who is keen to develop their career within Digital Marketing. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Website research and analysis. Performing daily scans of various websites to determine suitability based on client criteria and strategy.
  • Manage and organise data using Excel, including building batches of sites for analysis.
  • Proactively negotiate with partners to secure the best possible deals, maximising profit while maintaining strong and professional relationships.
  • Monitor and control internal costs, ensuring efficient budget management and resource allocation.
  • Work towards and achieve key performance targets by meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Adapt and optimise content to align with both site specifications and client requirements, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Effectively manage multiple client accounts, demonstrating strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to solve challenges creatively, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives.

  • A desire to carve out a career within the world of digital marketing is essential. This role allows candidates to explore all service areas alongside the immediate role, with a view to plotting a path towards a specific focus area as your tenure develops.
  • Remain consistently motivated to deliver challenging targets within a monthly framework.
  • Familiarity with SEMrush and Ahrefs is a plus as you will be utilizing tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs for research and analysis (desired but not essential).
  • Previous experience within an outreach focused role (desired but not essential).
