Manage and optimise paid TikTok Shop campaigns across multiple client accounts. Set up campaign structures, bidding and pacing, run A/B tests, improve ROAS/CPA/GMV, brief creatives, report performance, and collaborate with account, content and affiliate teams to align paid activity with commercial goals.
What You Will Do
Campaign Management & Execution
- Build, manage and optimise paid campaigns across a portfolio of TikTok Shop brands day-to-day
- Work across the full suite of TikTok ad formats
- Set up campaign structures, bidding strategies and budget pacing to maximise efficiency
- Launch campaigns accurately and on time, aligned to trading calendars and client priorities
- Monitor spend and performance daily - catching issues early and acting quickly
Performance Optimisation
- Own ongoing campaign optimisation across your portfolio - bids, budgets, audiences, creatives and placements
- Identify what is working and scale it; identify what is not and fix it or cut it
- Run structured A/B tests across creative, audiences and campaign structures
- Continuously improve ROAS, CPA and GMV contribution across accounts
- Use TikTok's native analytics alongside third-party attribution tools to make informed decisions
Creative Performance & Briefing
- Develop a sharp eye for what creative performs on TikTok - hooks, formats, pacing, messaging
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable briefs for the content team
- Work closely with creative to ensure paid assets are built for conversion, not just awareness
- Stay on top of what is trending on TikTok and factor it into creative direction
Reporting & Client Communication
- Prepare clear, accurate performance reports for your accounts - weekly and monthly
- Present paid performance in client calls with confidence, translating data into plain commercial language
- Flag issues or opportunities proactively - don't wait to be asked
- Contribute to QBRs and strategy sessions with data-backed insight
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with account managers to align paid activity with broader client strategy and trading calendars
- Collaborate with the affiliate and content teams to ensure paid, organic and creator activity are pulling in the same direction
- Stay current with TikTok platform updates, new ad products and best practices - and bring that knowledge into the team
- Support the Account Directors on agency-level initiatives and process improvements

Requirements
Essential
- Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with direct experience in TikTok Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of performance metrics - ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR - and how to move them
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Strong analytical instinct - you look at data and know what it is telling you
- Good communicator who can explain performance clearly in writing and in conversation
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
Desirable
- Experience with TikTok Shop-specific ad formats - GMV Max, VSA, Spark Ads
- Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG paid media
- Experience at a performance or social commerce agency
- Familiarity with live commerce amplification and how paid integrates with creator and affiliate activity
