We are looking for an Order Operations & Compliance Analyst to ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders, supporting revenue flow and reducing errors through high‑quality processing.

What you’ll do:
 

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in ERP/CRM systems
• Validate pricing, customer details, and required documentation
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are complete and correct
• Manage turnaround times and prioritise urgent requests
• Liaise with Sales and stakeholders to resolve queries
• Correct errors and support rework where required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
 

What we’re looking for:
 

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in order processing, billing, or similar workflows
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
