Job Description:
Ops Senior Admin Assistant
Tuesday to Friday 0830-1730
Saturday 0700-1600
40 hours a week
Salary is £32,000
Brief and De-brief drivers.
Resolving operational issues with the depot manager such as routing and scheduling issues.
Oversee the driver scanning and loading process.
Assisting incoming telephone calls and emails.
Completion of exception reports to relevant depots.
Will be using Outlook, Excel and an inhouse system called Maestro.
