Working pattern: 5 out of 7 days

Job Description

What you’ll do

If you love working with people – this is the place for you. This is what you can expect to be responsible for, day-to-day.

  • You’ll support the Environmental Health & Safety Lead in store and be the main point of contact to help maintain a safe working environment.
  • You’ll support the management team with proactively mitigating hazards, conducting training programmes and driving operational excellence in line with ‘The Way We Work’ manual.
  • Print off POS tickets to support Primark’s pricing policy.
  • Manage lost property; check first aid kits; order PPE, stationary and sales floor equipment for the store.

What you’ll bring

  • Ideally some previous experience working Administrator.
  • Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication style.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing a career – we’re all about learning here!
  • A passion to do a good job.
