DP World is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join its busy Hinckley site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, creating a positive team environment, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.

Shift Pattern

Rotational shift pattern (SFP):

08:00 – 16:30
12:00 – 20:30
16:00 – 00:30
1 rostered Sunday every 4 weeks (08:00 – 16:30)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the team during daily operations
  • Promote a safe, positive, and collaborative working environment
  • Monitor shift performance and help achieve operational targets
  • Support training, coaching, and team development
  • Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
  • Encourage continuous improvement and process consistency
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, and management

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ supervisory experience within a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Confident leadership and strong communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and people-focused approach
  • Ability to analyse problems and make effective decisions
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment
