Therabody is looking for an Operations Specialist to join the local team and support the Operations Manager with the current projects, daily work and communications with our partners. The ideal candidate should be proactive, keen to learn and grow within the team. They should be conformable in a fast growing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end to end logistics for both B2B & B2C channels to ensure an efficient service and delivery
  • Collaborate with the 3PL partners to ensure they are informed of daily shipments requirements
  • Liaise with our logistical team and carriers for any issues and delays occurred
  • Action internal transfer requests
  • SKU set up
  • Sales ops support with reallocation of stock
  • Inbound / TO receipt and management
  • Scrap and obsolete stock review and support
  • Assistance with ongoing projects
  • Assistance with EOM/EOY reconciliation
  • Supporting the Customer Service team with B2C claims, issues and returns
  • Support with international transfer for inventory health between 3PLs
  • Supporting new customer set up with new requirements / SOPs
  • Support in creating rework SOPs
  • Supporting the creation of commercial documents for international transport

The Right Person Would Have

  • 2+ years experience in Logistics, warehousing, operations
  • Good level of Excel knowledge
  • Efficient, analytical, with great multitasking skills and a positive approach to problem solving
  • Ambition to grow in the role
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Structured worker who is able to set priorities and keep an overview across a large range of different topics
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Great communication skills
