As a Smart Tech Specialist, you'll support customers through their installation journey for renewable energy technologies, ensuring a smooth experience from purchase to install.

We’re spearheading the transition through the installation of in-home technologies; from Smart Meters, Solar Panels and Batteries, EV Chargers and low carbon Heat Pumps.
Our smart energy and low carbon heating solutions mean our customers can enjoy clean, green and cosy homes. As a Smart Tech Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting customers as they go from purchase to install of Solar Panels, Air Source Heat Pumps or Electric Vehicle Chargers. All our customers are passionate and excited for their green energy technology, so it’s your job to keep that excitement up.

What you'll do
- Supporting the post-sales process by being the go-to-person for your customers, helping them get ready for installations, booking our awesome install crews in to get the work completed, generating their install documentation, claiming grants and incentives, and loads more
- Collaborate with survey and installation teams and third party suppliers to make the Solar and Air Source Heat Pump magic happen
- Staying on top of all admin to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for our customers
- Become an expert in our tech with real ownership in the navigation of the installation journey and all its excitement
- Be a real advocate for the technology that we are excited to launch across the UK and beyond!

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload effectively
- A love of dynamic and active office environments, being able to adjust to change and keep up with a fast moving business
- Exceptional communication, ensuring customers feel good about each and every conversation and are excited during their installation
- A solution focused approach and positive outlook
- Empathy and understanding to help make the right decisions when it comes to customer experience
