Operations Risk & Controls Analyst Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate in UK Outsourcing Governance and Change Management, you will support the delivery and ongoing enhancement of outsourcing governance frameworks across the UK, Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and wider region. You will work with senior stakeholders, regional partners and control teams to design practical solutions, embed strong governance and support change that improves how we manage outsourcing risk. Job responsibilities

• Lead programmes of work from initial design through delivery, embedding strong operational controls and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strengthen governance practices that help manage outsourcing risk across the UK, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey.

• Support the design and implementation of an outsourcing framework for the Middle East, aligned to regional regulatory expectations and global standards.

• Contribute to a wider regional standardisation programme to align processes, controls and enabling technology.

• Partner with lines of business, functions and regional teams to build alignment and support effective delivery.

• Develop high-quality materials and presentations for senior audiences to support decision-making and progress updates.

• Identify risks, issues and dependencies, and support practical actions to address them.

• Promote a control-focused approach across programmes, teams and stakeholder groups.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience leading change initiatives from design through delivery within financial services or another regulated environment.

• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across seniority levels, functions and locations.

• Knowledge of risk management and governance frameworks.

• Ability to develop clear, high-quality presentations and written materials for varied audiences.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively and deliver against deadlines.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organisation.

• Proactive approach to controls, issue management and continuous improvement.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Understanding of outsourcing regulations and supervisory expectations across the region.

• Familiarity with third-party risk management frameworks and industry practices.

• Experience supporting regional or cross-functional standardisation initiatives.

• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
