The Starknet Foundation is a non-profit organisation established to support the development of Starknet, a state-of-the-art layer 2 blockchain network built on top of Ethereum. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong analytical and financial mindset and a deep understanding of the Web3 blockchain domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking multiple stakeholder processes, designing, and optimizing process flows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and comfort working in a dynamic and technical environment with multiple 3rd parties, including legal teams, partners and technical counterparties.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track various stakeholder processes within the Starknet ecosystem as it relates to growth programs, grants, partner onboarding and integrations.
• Manage project execution including compliance, contracts and on-chain payment execution.
• Develop and maintain budgets and reconciliations of various programs to ensure the Foundation continues to meet internal KPI’s.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Own and develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights into current operational workflows.
• Design, document, and optimize end-to-end processes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. By doing so, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas for improvement within existing workflows.
• Possess a deep understanding of the technical and financial aspects of blockchain technology and grants programs in order to effectively navigate and optimize processes within this domain.
• Work closely with various teams, including Ecosystem Growth, Finance, Product Management and DevRel to align processes with overall organizational goals.
• Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Implement a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing and refining processes based on feedback, data, and industry best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in Web3 and blockchain to incorporate relevant advancements into operational processes.
Requirements:
• Degree or direct experience in a relevant field - Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• Deep understanding of the technical and financial aspects of blockchain technology and grants programs in order to effectively navigate and optimize processes within this domain.
• Experience or deep interest in the fields of Operations or Project Management in a technical environment within the Web3 or blockchain space.
• A history of diligence within your work, and a desire to take ownership of new areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
Nice To Have:
• Experience working in high performance environments whether through consulting, IB or Big 4.
• Demonstrated success in designing and optimizing operational processes.
• Demonstrable understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, grants programs and tokenomics.
• Comfort with technical documentation and collaboration with technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration and communication among diverse teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
