What will I be doing?

At Kaluza, we don't just manage operations; we pioneer scalable solutions that drive our mission forward. As an Operations Manager, you'll be a key member of our central Operations team, playing a crucial role in improving business-wide operational excellence and delivery. You will work across different functions to solve complex challenges, leading the charge on high-impact projects that enable our teams to deliver an unparalleled experience to our partners and customers.

In this high-impact role, you will:

  • Contribute to AI & Automation Strategy: You'll be expected to actively identify and propose opportunities for hyper-automation and leveraging AI tools. You will work with leadership to help build the strategy for scalable efficiency across all business functions.
  • Lead High-Impact Projects: You will own and oversee a portfolio of critical operational delivery projects from start to finish. This involves ensuring projects are aligned with broader business goals, managing timelines, and delivering measurable results.
  • Cultivate a Culture of Excellence: You'll be a champion for continuous improvement, leading by example to set the standard for operational rigor, data-driven decision-making, and a customer-centric mindset across the business.
  • Manage Key Relationships: You'll oversee and negotiate complex commercial relationships with key vendors and partners, ensuring optimal value and strategic alignment.
  • Leverage Data for Impact: You'll utilize and interpret deep operational data to uncover prescriptive insights, forecast future needs, and drive strategic initiatives that have a measurable impact on the business.

About You 

You're a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented Operations Manager with a proven track record of solving complex problems in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You possess a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make a tangible impact.

Ideally, you'll have/be:

  • Proven Operations Experience: Multiple years of experience in an operations role within a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment, with a clear history of driving significant improvements.
  • Exceptional Problem Solver: A natural ability to dissect complex operational challenges into manageable components and develop elegant, data-backed solutions.
  • Expertise in Automation & AI: Proven experience actively contributing to the deployment of AI-powered tools, RPA, or custom automation technologies to achieve quantifiable operational efficiency.
  • Project Leadership: A solid track record of owning and leading complex projects from inception to successful completion, demonstrating strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in leveraging data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) to inform decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Strategic & Proactive: Highly curious and entrepreneurial, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance processes, drive efficiency, and make a measurable impact on business outcomes.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled in managing critical vendor and stakeholder relationships, with strong negotiation and communication abilities.

  • A Portfolio of Automation Successes: You have a demonstrated history of proposing, developing, and implementing AI or automation solutions that delivered clear and measurable business value.
  • B2B SaaS experience: You've navigated the unique operational complexities of a rapidly scaling B2B software company.
  • Experience with global operations: You understand the nuances of managing processes and relationships across diverse international markets.
  • Track record of hyper-automation: You've actively implemented and leveraged intelligent automation tools to streamline workflows.
