This includes oversight of bordereaux management function ensuring timeliness completeness, accuracy of information presented by our partners to enable accounting, portfolio analysis, and regulatory reporting for the EMEA operations.

Key duties and responsibilities
Manage and oversee the Syndicate and Company bordereaux management process - ensuring the completeness and accuracy of processing, that all queries are addressed and develop solutions to reduce the number of recurring issues.
Become an internal SME tacking charge of the bordereaux workstreams and associated data from onboarding, including validating data accuracy and quality to downstream reporting.
Design and implement specific delegated reporting/monitoring for SCOR Company and Syndicate.
- Keep abreast of the different regulatory environments and determine how these may affect SCOR (Company & Syndicate), with creation of action plans and liaison with the Programme Claims leaders where required.
Work with Operational Region Leads and Analyts to assess partner challenges and risks; negotiate and gather required policy, premium, claims and risk exposure data from 3rd party partners.
Defining KPI’s that will give the organisation confidence on the reliability of information being provided by Coverholders, MGAs and TPAs.
Through data analytics, monitor the performance of SCORs partners to ensure alignment with minimum standards
Drive efficiencies and cost savings through the optimisation of partner selection and agreement oversight and monitoring
Create or collaborate with BI team to to develop reports in support of regulatory and statutory returns
Provide ad hoc reporting as required for both internal & external requirements.
Ensure process and training documentation in relation to bordereaux management are kept up to date.
Automate, Improve and Create efficiencies in the regulatory and accounting processes.
Continually work with internal stakeholders to improve the analytical capalities
Adapt data management policies and procedures as required.
Required experience & competencies
Excellent data analysis and data management documentation skills.
Experience with Data Quality Processes or Governance Frameworks
Good communication skills - being able to articulate technical matters into actionable tasks
Experienced user of reporting tools – e.g. business objects/Power BI/Tableau,SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
Project and time management skills required. Ability to multitask and self-organise
Experience with continuous improvement methods
Good written communication skills
Understanding of the delegated business environment and the insurance market preferred.
- Knowledge of Lloyd’s/London Market platforms & processes for DUA business (Atlas, Bar, Xchanging’s Express Bordereau service etc) and/or US-specific processes supporting unbundled business preferred, but not required.
Minimum of a couple of years working in a delegated authority role or similar.

- Bachelors Degree in a data focused degree (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Economics)
