Operations Associate

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join a supportive Operation's team within the Equities space.

Your future role at QRT:

• Executing voluntary corporate action events, processing elections and booking event outcomes, updating systems including prime broker portals.
• Verifying mandatory corporate action events, booking event outcomes.
• Investigating and resolving corporate action related breaks through various reconciliation platforms.
• Collaborating with trading desks to address queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Managing broker matching (Traiana/CTM), fails monitoring, and start-of-day position reconciliations against fund administrators.
• Performing T+1 transaction and position reconciliations versus Prime Brokers, investigating and resolving breaks promptly.
• Liaising with traders, treasury, senior managers, risk, and COO teams on issues and queries.
• Assisting with trade booking and processing across all asset classes.

Your present skillset:

• Minimum 5 years industry experience.
• A strong operational understanding of equity related corporate action lifecycle/mechanics.
• Varied Asset Class knowledge advantageous.
• Driven and self-motivated to problem solve and work cross-collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Team-player.
