Join a fast growing e-commerce startup shaping the future of e-commerce logistics. At Bezos.ai, we’re building the future of e-commerce logistics. Our Fulfilment-as-a-Service (FaaS) platform helps online sellers deliver their products faster, cheaper and more sustainably — levelling the playing field so they can compete with the big retailers. Think of us as the invisible engine behind great delivery experiences. We connect online stores with top-tier fulfilment centres and logistics partners — and our software makes sure every order is delivered perfectly. Join our mission to bring effortless fulfilment to thousands of growing brands across 16+ countries.

About the role:

This is a graduate role for someone smart, curious and excited to jump in, learn fast and make a real impact. As a Business Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations — making sure every order is delivered on time and every customer is happy.
What you'll do:

You will be the operational heartbeat of our fulfilment network. Your mission in the first 12 months is to make our operations sharper, smarter, and more data-driven — ensuring every order is delivered on time, every seller feels genuinely supported, and every process is as efficient as it can be. You'll combine hands-on operational work with analytical rigour and real relationship-building, using data and AI tools to surface insights and automate what can be automated.

1. Own the Daily Operation Be the person who keeps things moving. Work closely with warehouses, couriers and the internal team to make sure orders go out on time, escalations are handled fast, and nothing falls through the cracks.

2. Build with Data Spot patterns in issues, track KPIs, and turn raw operational data into clear recommendations. You'll be comfortable pulling together reports, building dashboards, and using data to drive better decisions — not just describing problems, but diagnosing them.

3. Augment with AI You'll actively use AI tools (we use Claude heavily) to make yourself and the team more effective — whether that's drafting communications, summarising data, building workflows, or finding faster ways to do recurring tasks. We want someone who sees AI as a genuine force multiplier.

4. Represent Our Sellers Our customers are e-commerce sellers who depend on us to get things right. You'll be their advocate internally — making sure their experience is always front of mind, especially when things don't go to plan. Clear, warm, confident communication is non-negotiable.

5. Go Deep on the Ground Visit fulfilment centres across the UK to understand how things actually work — from the packing bench to the loading bay. The best process improvements come from seeing the operation first-hand.

Application Process:

1. We like to get to know you and your motivations in a 30-minute chat with the Bezos Ops team

2. If we both agree that there is a fit, we would like to get to know the way you work and communicate. For this, we will send you an analytical data exercise (2-3h) to prepare before the next call.

3. In the next 30-min call with our Ops team and our founder, we will ask you to present your answers and recommendations to us

4. If you are successful we will make you an offer

Requirements
  • AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) regularly in your work or studies, and you're excited to go deeper
  • Analytically strong: you're comfortable with data, whether that's Excel, SQL, a BI tool, or just clear logical thinking from a spreadsheet
  • Exceptional communicator: clear, warm and confident whether you're talking to a warehouse manager or a founder
  • High ownership: you don't wait to be told what to do — you see what needs doing and you do it
  • Comfortable with travel to UK fulfilment sites (expenses covered)
  • You bring great energy — someone people enjoy working with

Benefits
  • Join a high profile startup that is scaling fast
  • Have the ability to shape your role and the company
  • Experience a workplace that is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, solution-focused, disciplined, team-oriented and fun
  • Flexible working to support families and varying needs. The team is fully remote and meet in person regularly
