  • Support financial reporting and forecasting for the R&D org, with a focus on cloud consumption spend (e.g., AWS, Snowflake)
  • Assist with optimizing software usage and vendor engagements, including analyzing usage, and navigating internal review mechanisms in partnership with Procurement
  • Develop and maintain resources and processes that support managers of contingent workers in technical domains
  • Contribute to the execution of Engineering org initiatives, such as the rollout and analysis of the annual Developer Experience survey
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and evolve processes and resources that contribute to a smooth running R&D organization.

The role will play a critical role in enabling technical teams, and unlocking efficiency and organizational impact across Flatiron.
Who You Are
You're a detail-oriented, resourceful thinker, who loves working across domains and with a wide variety of stakeholders. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • You have previous experience in a professional or corporate environment (internship or full-time)
  • You have strong organisational skills and sense of ownership with the ability to keep projects and processes on track, and to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
  • You are a strong and clear communicator (written and verbal), with ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You are able to juggle multiple projects at once
  • You have a high attention to detail, strong analytical skills and are proficient in spreadsheets
  • You have an understanding of engineering concepts and curiosity to learn
  • You are comfortable using AI tooling to support your efficiency without sacrificing quality
