Fuse Energy is an energy startup on a mission to make energy abundant and affordable, fast. We combine first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system.

We've raised over $200M from top-tier investors including Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, 20VC, Hummingbird and Collaborative Fund, alongside strategic angels including Nico Rosberg and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify and Uber.

We're building a fully integrated energy company: developing our own solar, batteries and other generation projects, building our own hardware, improving and developing grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, using AI across the business, and installing distributed energy in homes. By selling directly to consumers we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers.

We're hiring an Operations Analyst to work across our Supply and Installs functions, supporting the delivery and scaling of our core energy products. You'll own operational analytics and improve processes across metering, supply and back-office operations. The ideal candidate is a technical generalist with up to 2 years' experience: high-agency, a fast learner, and able to cut through noise to the details that matter.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse metering and installs performance to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery outcomes
  • Build dashboards, models and reporting that let engineers and operations teams track and manage day-to-day performance
  • Optimise core supply processes, including billing, switching, trading and finance
  • Improve how supply, installs and customer operations interact by designing better data flows and operational processes
  • Develop a strong understanding of the energy market and regulatory environment as the business scales

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience
  • Track record of exceptional achievement
  • Relentless approach to solving problems
  • Very clear communicator
  • Comfortable learning quickly and iterating
  • Ability to work well individually or in a team

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and eligibility for equity
  • Biannual bonus scheme
  • Fully expensed tech to match your needs
  • Private health insurance
  • Breakfast and dinner allowance for office-based employees

As we hire globally, benefits vary by location.
